Shakherhat.com Club offers three types of membership programs:
Silver Membership
To become a Silver Member, the customer must meet the following criteria:
- Those who have earned 9,000 lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Silver membership.
Benefits of Silver Membership:
- Upon upgrading to the Silver Club, members receive 500 club points.
- Customers earn 15 Club Points for every 500 taka spent on Shakherhat.com.
Gold Membership
To become a Gold Member, the customer must meet the following criteria:
- Those who have earned 30,000 lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Gold membership.
Benefits of Gold Membership:
- Upon upgrading to the Gold Club, members receive 1,000 club points.
- Orders are authorized without disturbing the customer with any calls.
- Once an order is authorized, it is automatically processed for prompt delivery, ensuring customers receive their products as quickly as possible.
- Customers earn 25 Club Points for every 500 taka spent on Shakherhat.com.
Black Membership
To become a Black Member, the customer must meet the following criteria:
- Those who have earned 50,000 lifetime club points will be automatically upgraded to Black membership.
Benefits of Black Membership:
- Upon upgrading to the Black Club, members receive 2,000 club points.
- Orders are authorized without disturbing the customer with calls.
- Once an order is authorized, it is automatically processed for prompt delivery.
- Black Members are prioritized for call center assistance and services.
- Customers earn 50 Club Points for every 500 taka spent on Shakherhat.com.
Validity of Club Points
Club points are valid for 120 days. After 120 days, the points will expire.
What is a Club Point?
While shopping at Shakherhat.com, you will receive points based on the total purchase amount (10 Club points for every 500 taka spent), the payment method, and the preferred shipping method. These points can be converted to store credit, which can be used later or stored for membership upgrades in Shakherhat.com Club.
Value of Points
You will receive a 1 taka discount for every 10 club points.
For example, with 500 club points, you will get a 50 taka discount.
How to Earn Club Points
The following outlines how Club Points can be earned while shopping at Shakherhat.com:
- You earn 10 Club Points for every 500 taka spent on Shakherhat.com.
- You get 100 Club Points when someone places an order after signing up using your link/code (applicable for the first successfully delivered order only).

- Enter your new email address, enter your current password, and select save to update.
For App:

- Go to the "Account" section at the top left corner of your app.
- Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in.
- Select the ‘Edit info’ option, then ‘Change Email’.
- Enter your new email address, enter your current password, and select save to update.
How to Change the Password of My Account
For Website:

How to Update My Address
To update your default address, click here. If an order has already been placed, please contact our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.
How to Delete My Account
You cannot delete your account on your own. You need to make a deletion request by clicking here. Our team will process your account deletion request within three working days.

How can I cancel my order?
You will not be able to cancel the order from your end. You have to share the order number and cancellation reason through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will cancel the order.Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?
